郭贵兴，河南巩义人。现任河南美术出版社编辑，河南水墨画研究院常务副院长。作品曾获河南省山水画展银奖，河南省第十一届美展铜奖，曾参加“品墨-中国当代著名山水画家作品展”“壮乡美-平果行——全国著名画家九人展”等联展。出版有《山水点景图谱》、《牡丹构图一百例》、《中国历代绘画经典》等著述，主编有《中国当代绘画经典系列》《艺苑掇英-名家花鸟》。
