张祖全

别号云篆山人，风清楼主，1965年生于重庆，2010年至2013年就读于中国国家画院黄格胜工作室，2015年研修于中国画艺术创作院。
现为中国美术家协会会员、重庆市美术家协会理事、文化部人民书画院艺术创作院副院长、漓江画派促进会常务理事、黄格胜工作室画家、重庆市文联委员、重庆市政协书画院特聘画家、民进巴南区区委委员、巴南区政协委员。
2010年《苗乡青山闻清音》入选第二届中国山水画艺术双年展
2010年12月17日《列阵以待》作品入选“山与海”漓江画派走进防城港美术作品展并在中国美术馆展出
